Measurement Method: Securely wrap the arm cuff around your left upper arm, making sure the bottom edge is 2 to 3 cm above the elbow, and fasten closed. Sit in a comfortable chair with back and arm support, keeping feet flat and arms resting on a table. Place the arm cuff at the same level as your heart. Take measurements after relaxing for 4-5 minutes to ensure accuracy. Avoid measuring after a meal, exercise, or during times of emotional agitation.
